Distant Healing Energy

Reiki
Based on the Asian concept of the life energy and done by positioning hands on the body (or off if you prefer), this Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation promotes healing by using a subtle energy flow from the hands of the practitioner.
Reiki teaches that we are more than our physical bodies and that our energy body, composed of our aura (energy fields), the chakras (energy centers) and the meridians (energy pathways.) also requires attention in order to live a fulfilled existence.

Raindrop Technique
Raindrop technique is a powerful technique using essential oils. It combines several holistic modalities to bring balance and alignment to the body in a non-invasive manner. It also stimulates all the body systems on a physical and emotionally level.
What is Raindrop Technique?
This technique involves applying therapeutic grade essential oils to the spine, neck and feet. The session lasts about an hour however the benefits may last up to a week or more. This creates a synergistic effect for the body.
The three modalities that combine to form Raindrop Technique are:
- Aromatherapy – Raindrop technique uses seven single essential oils, two blends and one essential oil massage blend during the session.
- Vita Flex Technique – It is an ancient Tibetan healing methodology meaning "vitality through the reflexes". Its theory is based on the fact that slight pressure applied to the body creates an electric charge that is therapeutic to the body.
- Feather Stroking - This is similar to a massage term technique called effleurage.

Facial Reflexology
Facial Reflexology stimulate reflex points that correspond to whole body health, while using natural face lift techniques for vibrant skin glow and anti-ageing properties.
Because the skin and tissues of the face are unique in their delicate structure, facial reflexes are approached with gentleness. Unlike with other reflex systems of the body, clients do not experience the phenomenon of ‘tender’ reflex areas, and access deep levels of relaxation.
Ionic Detox Foot Bath
The ionic foot bath system ionizes the bath water with the unit’s submersible water module. It works by running negative ions through our body, pulling and attracting the positively charged impurities (also known as free radicals), toxins and heavy metals out through our feet into the saline solution in the bath. When your feet are immersed in the water during a 30-minute bath, these impurities are pulled from the body, improving the body’s natural resilience. There will be a noticeable change in the water color and viscosity from the time the process begins and when the process is complete. What you are actually seeing is the cellular waste and oxidation present in the water.
